2. Description of Services

Wanver provides:

• A network connecting brands with vetted live shopping streamers
• Warehousing and fulfillment services for brand partners
• Platform tools for managing inventory and tracking sales
• Support and account management services

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Brand Partner Terms

If you're a brand partner using our wholesale services:

• You retain ownership of your products until sold to end consumers
• You grant Wanver the right to photograph, display, and market your products through our streamer network
• You're responsible for product quality, authenticity, and compliance with applicable laws
• Payment terms and pricing are established in your separate partnership agreement

5. Content Creator Terms

If you're a streamer or content creator in our network:

• You agree to represent products honestly and accurately
• You will comply with all applicable FTC disclosure requirements
• You grant Wanver the right to use clips and content for marketing purposes
• Commission rates and payment terms are established in your separate creator agreement

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent products, pricing, or availability
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Interfere with the operation of our Services
• Use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

7. Intellectual Property

The Wanver name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Wanver. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. All content on our platform, unless otherwise noted, is owned by or licensed to Wanver.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanver shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wanver, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
